​If you are over 65 years old, or an Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander over 50 years old, you could be eligible for a government funded Home Care Package.

Domestic assistance: Support to remain at home in Nannup

Home Maintenance Services: Keeping your home in a safe condition.

Social Support: Stay connected to your local community.

Meal Assistance: Receive meals delivered to your home or assistance with grocery shopping or meal preparation.

​Transport Services: Get from one point to another safely, in comfort and with company.

Personal Care: For daily personal care

​Clinical Care: Including nursing and allied health specialists.

Eligibility for this package is determined through the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT), to identify what support might help you return to, or keep the independence needed to manage your daily tasks and quality of life.

Aged Care Jobs are available for contractors living in or around Nannup. If you are a contractor looking for work flexibility in Nannup, then this the opportunity you have been looking for.

We are looking for contractors with skills and experience in a variety of work areas. 


Daily Living Indoor Assistance: Domestic house cleaning assistance such as dishes, changing bed linens, vacuuming, mopping.

Daily Living Outdoor Assistance: Domestic gardening maintenance such as mowing lawns, raking leaves or pruning.

Social Support: Social outings including travel to partake in hobbies, shopping, transport for medical appointments.

Personal Care: Showering, hoist and transfer and assistance with medication.

Nursing: Onboarding assessments, wound care, medication and catheter care.

Allied Health: Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and more.
